There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, despite the hotel being rated as four stars hotel.

The wifi signal can be weak at times, which can be a problem who rely heavily on internet access.

The hotel is in front of the city´s bus station. The room was decorated with simple and old furniture, but it was quite confortable especially during a sojourn.

Everything is what we need and want.

The room was very clean and new, making for a comfortable stay. The convenient location, walking distance to the subway station, made it easy to explore the city. The concierge service provided helpful tips and spoke English well. The hotel also had accessible rails in the bathroom for elderly guests.

The breakfast had lots of options and was really tasty. The room was clean and comfy, with a good shower. The staff were mostly lovely and helpful.

Some of the rooms didn't have wifi which was really frustrating. The area surrounding the hotel was a bit sketchy, and I didn't feel safe walking around alone.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in front of the main intercity bus station. It made it so convenient for us to catch our onward bus to Uruguay. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay here.
